The Power of Communication: Communicate, Communicate, Communicate

The Power of Communication

At Klizer, we believe communication is the foundation of everything we do. It connects people, builds trust, drives collaboration, and shapes our culture.

One of the ways we live this belief is by encouraging both reading and writing across the organization. And we don’t just stop at telling people to do it — we keep communicating about it until it becomes a habit.

Reading to Broaden Perspectives

Some of our leaders host monthly book discussions with their teams. In meetings, we often ask, “What book are you reading?” We also sponsor books for our team members to encourage this habit. Reading sparks ideas, opens new perspectives, and fuels innovation.

Writing to Share and Inspire

Like reading, we actively encourage people to write — because writing is a powerful way to communicate. It allows us to share our thoughts, ideas, and experiences in a clear, structured way. And when one person writes, it often inspires others to do the same.

We’ve built an internal platform where team members can share:

  • Project wins and successful deliveries
  • Goal achievements
  • Knowledge sharing and problem-solving tips
  • Stories that inspire or teach

We also celebrate these contributions across the organization. And we extend this habit beyond internal sharing — encouraging our people to post on LinkedIn, build their personal brand, and inspire others in their networks.

Why This Matters

When people share what they’re working on, we get to know them better. We understand their skills, their achievements, and their passions. Communication connects us on a human level.

At Klizer, culture doesn’t just sit in a document — we live it. And we keep talking about it, because communication is what turns ideas into reality.

A Recent Example

At our recent company gathering, We encouraged everyone to start writing regularly — weekly or monthly. Soon after, I saw some of the team members take the first step. That ripple effect reminded me of something important: you can’t build a culture overnight, but if you keep communicating, people will follow.

Whether it’s culture, strategy, or business goals — the rule is simple: communicate, communicate, communicate.
