About

Mohan Natarajan runs Klizer, a global services business helping manufacturers and distributors transform their commerce operations through technology, innovation, and simplicity.

With over 15 years of experience in the eCommerce and digital space, Mohan’s journey is one of continuous evolution — from writing his first lines of code in a small startup in Pondicherry to leading a growing global team building impactful digital solutions. He joined DCKAP in 2011 and has been part of its incredible transformation into what is now Klizer, a people-first company reimagining how digital commerce is delivered.

At Klizer, Mohan focuses on scaling the business, strengthening client partnerships, and building high-performing teams that deliver across Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, ERP integrations, and AI-driven solutions. His leadership philosophy is simple — empower people, simplify processes, and drive meaningful outcomes. He believes growth happens when technology serves people, not the other way around.

An active voice in the Magento and eCommerce community, Mohan has spoken at multiple industry events, including Magento Imagine 2017 and Meet Magento India (2018 & 2023), and continues to contribute through mentorship, writing, and knowledge sharing.

Mohan also writes a weekly LinkedIn newsletter, Leader’s Reflection — where he shares thoughts on leadership, growth, AI, and building purposeful organizations.

Mohan’s elementary education was at Vadamanapakkam, a small village where curiosity became his biggest teacher. These early years shaped his discipline, values, and love for continuous learning.

He completed his High School and Higher Secondary at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Timiri. This phase played a significant role in building his confidence and shaping his approach to learning. Many of the qualities Mohan carries as a leader today—his determination, humility, curiosity, and drive to do more—were shaped during those years.

Mohan later pursued his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Ranipettai Engineering College, Walajapet. College opened the door to the world of technology and gave him the space to explore, build, and create. It was here that he discovered the excitement of solving problems, leading projects, and converting ideas into outcomes.

These early experiences—village schooling, government school life, and engineering college—are not only part of Mohan’s journey but also the foundation that keeps him grounded. They remind him of where he started and inspire him to create opportunities for others.
