Klizer 360: Built the Klizer Way

(A Story of VIBE Coding, Ownership & Innovation)

This week, I want to reflect on something meaningful we’ve built together, something that truly represents the future of how we work at Klizer .

Last year, we introduced the AI Excellence Award to encourage every team member, regardless of role or department, to experiment with AI. That one move shifted our culture. People started using AI not as a tool, but as a partner.

And that cultural shift is exactly what made Klizer 360 possible.

Klizer 360 – Why It Matters

Klizer 360 is our all-in-one internal workspace, fully designed and built by our own team using Lovable.dev and our VIBE coding approach.

For the first time, we brought multiple disconnected workflows into a single, seamless platform:

• Track ongoing projects & team allocations
• Manage interviews and apply internal role change
• Run the Klizer Insider Program (Reward Points System)

It’s simple. It’s central. It’s ours. And it reflects how we want to scale.

The most inspiring part of this journey? Klizer 360 was built by our own team.

Special appreciation to Bharat Kulkarni and Yassar Saleh , who took this idea, applied VIBE coding principles, used Lovable.dev, and turned a concept into a fully working platform, faster than traditional development cycles.

Instead of months of planning, documentation, and dependency chains, we:

• experimented boldly
• iterated quickly
• used AI to accelerate development
• deployed the systems in days, not months

This project is proof that AI-assisted development is not the future; it is the NOW.
